Technical Sales Representative

Electro Optical Industries is currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join the team. This individual is the first representation of the Company to our customers and will be responsible for generating a quality pipeline, pursuing new sales opportunities and customer outreach. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-orientated with an interest in being a sales professional and eager to learn new technologies.

This is an entry level position based in the Goleta, California office.

Description:

• Execute outbound calls, emails, outreach, etc. to generate interest in our products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our evolving products and services
  • Work in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Professional representation of the Company and cultivate a superior customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

• STEM background and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Technical aptitude capable of understanding and learning products and applications
  • Superior attention to detail, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to be in a technical sales career and interest in manufacturing environments
  • Passion and drive to build relationships, provide top quality customer service and make measurable contributions to EOI’s success!
